Contact and support

Get help. Report a concern.

Email hello@pixatok.com for questions about PixaTok, tool problems, guide corrections or privacy concerns. You do not need an account to contact us.

Report a tool problem

Include the tool name, your browser and device, the steps you took, the error shown and a request ID if one is displayed. For image problems, describe the input format, dimensions and settings. Send a non-sensitive example only if you are authorized to share it.

Do not send passwords, access credentials, private images or personal download links. A screenshot with personal details removed is often enough to explain the issue. PixaTok cannot restore a removed source video or unlock private content.

Suggest a correction

Send the guide or page URL, identify the passage and explain what needs changing. If a tool behaves differently from the instructions, include the settings and observed result. We check corrections against the tool behavior and update the affected explanation.

If you believe PixaTok is being used to infringe your rights or facilitate prohibited activity, email us with the subject “Copyright or abuse report”. Identify the original work or concern, the source URL and the PixaTok page or service involved. Explain your relationship to the affected content and provide a contact address for follow-up.

Do not attach unlawful media. Describe the concern and provide the relevant URLs. A report lets us investigate; it does not establish that a claim is correct or guarantee a particular outcome. Reports about the original social-platform post should also be sent to that platform.

Privacy questions

Read the privacy policy for file and data practices, analytics and advertising choices. To raise a question about a request you made, include only the information needed to identify the concern. Never email an account password.
