Privacy policy.
The short version
You can use PixaTok without creating an account or providing a social-platform password. Video links and image uploads are sent to our services for the operation you request. Processing job records and temporary media storage are part of that service. Analytics and advertising providers may also process browsing information as described below.
What we process
When you paste a video link, our resolver checks public metadata and available formats. When you request a download, a processing job prepares the selected media. Job records can contain the submitted link, requested format, processing status and download information. Completed media is placed in private Cloudflare R2 storage and delivered through an expiring signed download link.
Images selected for an image tool are uploaded for inspection and processing. In the hosted processing flow, input and output files use private R2 storage and Appwrite processing jobs. Upload size and decoded dimensions are limited, and image outputs are re-encoded without embedded EXIF or GPS metadata.
Processing providers and storage
Hosting and processing providers handle submitted data to operate the tools. Appwrite runs media processing, Cloudflare R2 holds temporary uploads and results, and a database stores processing job records. Completed video results may be reused for the same source video and format. Temporary media and signed links expire according to the service configuration; a download link expiring does not mean all associated job records have been deleted.
Technical requests and logs
The service and its infrastructure providers process technical request information for operation, debugging and abuse prevention. Processing jobs also record their status and errors.
Optional website analytics
When enabled and you choose Allow analytics, Google Analytics measures page visits, traffic sources, navigation, tool usage, processing outcomes and website speed. Events may include the tool or platform, output format, file count, byte sizes, processing duration and a general error category. Google also processes technical information such as browser and device details and approximate location derived from your network connection, and may set analytics cookies.
Our analytics events exclude pasted video links, image contents, filenames, signed download links, processing job identifiers and error messages. Page URLs exclude query strings and fragments. Recognized marketing campaign labels (utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign) may be used for attribution. Analytics does not confirm that a download finished saving on your device.
Analytics stays off until you allow it. Use Analytics preferences in the footer to decline or withdraw your choice at any time. We store your choice in this browser for up to 180 days; if browser storage is unavailable, it applies only to the current visit. Withdrawing consent stops further Analytics reporting and clears Google Analytics cookies accessible to this site. Advertising consent is managed separately through the advertising consent message when available.
Advertising and cookies
The site uses Google AdSense when advertising is enabled. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or other identifiers to serve and measure ads. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to show ads based on your visits to this site and other sites on the Internet, subject to your consent choices and applicable law.
You can control or opt out of personalized Google advertising in Google Ads Settings. You can also learn how Google uses information from partner sites in Google's partner-sites privacy notice.
Where an advertising consent message is shown, your choices can affect ad personalization and the use of advertising cookies or local storage. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings.
Third-party platforms
Resolving a public video link requires requests to its source platform, such as YouTube, Meta services, X, TikTok, Snapchat or LinkedIn. Video thumbnails may also load from third-party hosts. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.
