Image Enhancer settings and tips
Use brightness to lighten or darken the whole image, contrast to change the difference between light and dark areas, color to adjust saturation, and sharpness to emphasize edges. A factor of 1 leaves an adjustment unchanged. Start with small changes and compare the preview before downloading.
For a dark photo, try brightness slightly above 1. For muted colors, raise Color saturation gradually; 0 produces a grayscale result. Sharpness above 1 emphasizes edges, while lower settings soften them. Strong adjustments can clip highlights, exaggerate noise or create halos, so the best setting depends on the source.
This tool uses standard image adjustments and resampling, without an AI restoration model. Upscale factor multiplies the width and height by the selected factor, but it cannot reconstruct detail missing from a blurred or low-resolution source. Large enlarged images may exceed processing limits. Keep Upscale factor at 1 if you only want to adjust the photo.
